Extended course overview The Anglia Ruskin MBA offers a strong core curriculum, with an overarching emphasis on equipping middle/senior managers with the strategic leadership attributes needed to run and manage their organisations. Leaders need to be able to think critically and creatively as well as having high personal effectiveness skills, such as critical self-awareness and reflection; listening and self-management - and these are important elements of our MBA course. Doing business in these turbulent times requires effective communication and the implementation of efficient solutions. Our MBA provides students with a broad awareness of organisational issues, as well as providing them with the skills they need to evaluate the potential outcomes of complex situations. They will examine the implications of management theories in understanding senior management roles and responsibilities, within the context of more functional specialist knowledge of business management, such as finance, human resources, strategy and marketing.
