There is one compulsory research methodologies module (20 cr). All students will be required to study Greek and Latin at an appropriate level (60 cr), and a choice of two specialised modules (2 x 20 cr). On successful completion of Part 1 and student can proceed to Part 2, the 60 credit dissertation. The typical entry requirement is a first degree in Classics, Classical Civilisation or a related background in Arts and Humanities, normally an upper second or above, or equivalent. Overseas students are expected to possess an IELTS score of 6.5.
