The course demonstrates the links between management accounting and change. You will develop hard and soft accounting skills and interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively in the modern organisation. You will work independently and with peers and tutors in tutorials, seminars, directed exercises and IT-based activities. The programme is suitable for fully- or part-qualified accountants for whom exemptions are available. The degree provides a stepping stone to a career in accountancy, especially as accountants in commerce and industry, and provides students who are seeking positions in the finance industry with both specialist knowledge and the necessary level of understanding accounting
