Course Description

The LLM International Commercial Law enables candidates to study a wide range of commercial law options of international relevance. It embraces a number of related areas of commercial law, examining transactional and regulatory law. The public and private law of international trade and shipping law are well represented. Aspects of the conflict of laws (sometimes called private international law) are considered in a number of options but the subject is studied in depth in a specialist option. Further significant strands to the degree are provided by options relating to banking and finance law and to the law of public procurement.

 

Entry Requirements

2.1 (Upper 2nd class hons degree or international equivalent) Law degree or other with significant Law element Mature applicants without standard entry requirements but with substantial and relevant experience may be considered
