Assessment Courses are assessed by a combination of coursework, unseen examinations, essays (4,000-5,000 words), and a dissertation (15,000 words). Structure Autumn term: you take two core courses. The Nature and Institutions of International Criminal Law. List B: Approaches to International Criminal Law ? Approaches to International Law ? International Trade Law: Issues and Challenges ? Understanding Criminal Law and Criminal Justice. Spring term: you take two options from Carriage of Goods by Air ? Carriage of Goods by Sea ? Comparative Criminal Justice Systems ? Cyberlaw ? EU Citizenship ? European Comparative Law ? European Convention on Human Rights ? EU Single Market Law ? Intellectual Property ? International and Comparative Company Law ? International and Comparative Corporate Insolvency ? International and Transnational Offending ? International Crimes ? International Environmental Law ? International Law and the Protection of Minorities ? Law of International Business Transactions ? Law of the Single Market ? Law, Security and the Global Public Good ?
