Banff and Buchan College is a Further Education College located in the north-east of Scotland attracting students from all over the world. Our main campus is in Fraserburgh but we have learning centres in Huntly, Macduff, Turriff, Ellon and Peterhead.We offer a range of courses including part-time, evening, day and block release, open and flexible learning (including on-line learning) and of course full-time.Our mission is to provide high quality lifelong learning opportunities relevant to the needs of students, employers and communities.To help us meet the needs of all students we are currently reviewing our policy and provision for students with disabilities. Find out what’s on offer at our learning centres across Aberdeenshire and at our main campus in Fraserburgh, which is currently undergoing a major refurbishment due for completion in January 2012.The rebuild programme ‘College 2012’ will take place in five phases, with the demolition of large sections of the main campus building in advance of the construction of a large, central learning space.  This new atrium will provide more social and flexible learning space for students and will feed into refurbished classroom clusters providing a modern environment for learning. New canteen facilities and a coffee shop will complement the new building.In addition to learning resources the college is also able to offer students a range of sports and fitness activities, restaurant services, and students will also be able to access the college beauty and hair salons.
